We are thrilled to announce that Dan Baker (AKA Chef Dan) has joined the West Hills Day Camp family as the Director of Food Services. Chef Dan will be kicking off our in-house lunch program this summer which includes an outdoor BBQ and fresh fruit program! A sample of the delicious food our campers will enjoy this summer: Taco’s, Quesadilla’s, Cheesy Eggs and Baked Ziti …just to name a few.
Dan comes to us with 25 years of food service experience ranging from restaurants, country clubs and health care. He graduated from Delhi with an associates in Restaurant Management and the Culinary Institute of America with an associates in Culinary Arts.
